1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 4-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
- During sales, promotions, or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer due to high order volume.

3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
- Free shipping may be available on orders over Rs. 4000.
- Domestic shipping is Rs. 200 for standard shipping.
- International shipping fees vary based on the destination country and will be calculated at checkout.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- You can track your order through our website or the courier’s tracking portal.
5. Address & Delivery Issues
- Customers must provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.
- If an incorrect address is provided, Muse is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer must pay for reshipping.
6. Delayed or Lost Shipments
- If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at hello@musebyraina.com or WhatsApp +92 370 644 1313.
- If a package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the courier, but Muse is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
7. International Shipping & Customs
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.
- Customs clearance procedures may delay delivery times, which is beyond our control.
- If customs hold or return a package, Muse is not responsible for refunding shipping fees.
8. Damaged Packages
- If your order arrives damaged, please record an unboxing video and send it to us immediately at hello@musebyraina.com or WhatsApp +92 370 644 1313 for a resolution.
- Muse will replace the damaged product free of charge, but the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
9. Order Cancellation & Modifications
- Orders can only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placement. Once processed, changes cannot be made.
- To request a cancellation or change, contact us immediately at +92 370 644 1313 via Whatsapp.
