1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 4-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • During sales, promotions, or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer due to high order volume.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, customs clearance, or courier delays.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
  • Free shipping may be available on orders over Rs. 4000.
  • Domestic shipping is Rs. 200 for standard shipping.
  • International shipping fees vary based on the destination country and will be calculated at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your order through our website or the courier’s tracking portal.

5. Address & Delivery Issues

  • Customers must provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.
  • If an incorrect address is provided, Muse is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer must pay for reshipping.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at hello@musebyraina.com or WhatsApp +92 370 644 1313.
  • If a package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the courier, but Muse is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

7. International Shipping & Customs

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Customs clearance procedures may delay delivery times, which is beyond our control.
  • If customs hold or return a package, Muse is not responsible for refunding shipping fees.

8. Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please record an unboxing video and send it to us immediately at hello@musebyraina.com or WhatsApp +92 370 644 1313 for a resolution.
  • Muse will replace the damaged product free of charge, but the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

9. Order Cancellation & Modifications

  • Orders can only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placement. Once processed, changes cannot be made.
  • To request a cancellation or change, contact us immediately at +92 370 644 1313 via Whatsapp.
