1. About Muse by Raina

Muse by Raina is a Pakistan-based fragrance and personal-care brand offering products including body mists, hair mists, underarm care, and other self-care products.

2. Products & Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, fragrance descriptions, ingredients, sizes, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, slight differences in colour, packaging, or appearance may occur due to photography, lighting, screen settings, or packaging updates.

Fragrance perception is personal and may vary from person to person. Purchasing a product means that you acknowledge that fragrance preferences are subjective.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

Muse by Raina reserves the right to change product prices, discounts, promotions, or offers at any time without prior notice.

Any price change will not affect an order that has already been successfully confirmed at the previous price.

4. Orders

Placing an order through our website does not guarantee acceptance of the order.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order where necessary, including in cases of suspected fraudulent activity, incorrect or incomplete information, product availability issues, pricing errors, or previous history of refused or unreceived orders.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded according to the circumstances of the cancellation.

5. Cash on Delivery & Order Confirmation

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders.

For first-time customers, a Rs. 200 advance payment is required as order confirmation before the order is dispatched. This amount is adjusted against the customer's order total.

Muse by Raina may also request an advance shipping payment for an order where additional confirmation is required or where there is a reasonable concern regarding the customer's willingness or ability to receive the parcel.

If the required confirmation payment is not received, the order may be cancelled.

6. Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order, including their name, phone number, and delivery address.

Muse by Raina is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the customer.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery is generally completed within 5–7 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, public holidays, incorrect delivery information, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the personal-care and hygiene nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, fragrance preference, or other personal preferences.

Damaged, missing, incorrect, or eligible adverse-reaction claims are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

A continuous unboxing video is required for damage or missing-item claims.

9. Product Use & Safety

Customers are responsible for using our products according to the instructions and precautions provided with the product.

Products should be used only for their intended purpose.

If irritation or an unexpected adverse reaction occurs, discontinue use and contact us.

Customers should review the product's ingredients and follow any applicable usage instructions before use.

10. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt to interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software, or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

All website content, including product photographs, graphics, text, logos, designs, and other original material belonging to Muse by Raina may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or used commercially without prior written permission.

11. Promotions & Discounts

Discount codes, promotional offers, and sale prices are subject to their individual terms and validity periods.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, promotional codes cannot be combined with other offers.

Muse by Raina reserves the right to modify or withdraw a promotional offer at any time.

The Muse by Raina name, logo, product names, photographs, designs, written content, and other original brand materials are the property of Muse by Raina or are used with appropriate permission.

Unauthorised use, reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of these materials is prohibited.
